Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking a T&D Superintendent for a 12-month contract near Boston. The role leads field operations, plans and supervises construction work, and coordinates with subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and profitable project completion.

The position requires multiple levels of construction management experience on T&D projects, strong leadership, and a solid safety background, with responsibilities including safety oversight, scheduling, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 7 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects.
• Associate Degree and 9 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects.
• High School Diploma/GED and 11 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects.
• Must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and a strong safety background.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Must be able to meet company's driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction with focus on safety, productivity, materials and scheduling.
• Oversee subcontractor compliance on T&D activities.
• Build client and subcontractor relationships with project stakeholders.
• Develop project procedures, working documents and standards with project management.
• Review drawings and perform field testing to ensure compliance.
