PTS Advance seeks a Transmission & Distribution Superintendent to oversee field operations on long-term T&D projects across the USA. You will plan, organize, and supervise construction tasks, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and cost controls.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction management or craft supervision on T&D projects, with strong leadership, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of construction management or craft supervision on T&D projects.
• Associate degree with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a robust safety focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
• Ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for assigned projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective completion.
• Manage construction activities, including high-voltage lines, structures, substations, and environmental requirements.
• Oversee safety, productivity, materials management, and scheduling.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Collaborate with project management to implement procedures, standards, and controls.
• Ensure activities comply with contracts, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and document project progress with daily field reports and photos.
• Lead subcontractor coordination, material verification, and quality assurance compliance.
• Supervise field construction staff and ensure adherence to policies and standards.

Job Summary:

• Manage construction activities, including high-voltage transmission lines, steel and wood structures, substation equipment, grounding, and environmental requirements.
