Job summary

Qualifications

  • PhD/MD/DVM or equivalent with several years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on T cell isolation, activation, culture and expansion.
  • Deep knowledge of T cell biology and memory.
  • Advanced multiparameter flow cytometry and data interpretation.
  • Experience engineering immune cells using viral and non-viral methods.
  • Ability to design rigorous experiments and analyze multidimensional data.
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer primary T cells and other relevant cell types.
  • Develop and apply multiparameter flow cytometry assays to characterize T cells.
  • Evaluate engineered T cells with proliferation, cytokine, and persistence assays.
  • Analyze datasets and guide experimental strategy.
  • Collaborate with research, translational, computational, and process development teams.
  • Maintain thorough experimental records and communicate results clearly.
