Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a T-7A Instructional Training Systems Engineer to lead the development, verification, and integration of advanced training systems for the AF program. You will focus on ISD, IMI, Type 1 training, and XR devices, guiding design reviews and ensuring requirements are met.

You will work with DoD stakeholders, government teams, and program offices to shape training solutions for the Air Force's Advanced Pilot Training initiative, driving performance and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Citizenship in the US is required.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Strong technical leadership and program management skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, verification, and integration of T-7A training systems (GBTS, MTS).
• Perform training system requirements analysis (ISD, IMI, Type 1).
• Lead design reviews and verify requirements across ISD and interactive media.
• Coordinate with Government and program offices to ensure timeliness and feasibility.
