Qualificações

• Ability to implement standardized clinical policies and pathways.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physician leadership for MFM across three hospitals.
• Develop systemwide strategic plan for Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Oversee clinical operations and staffing models for MFM services.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives and equity-focused care.
• Advance academic mission with education, research, and mentorship.
