Job summary

Boston Medical Center Health System seeks a System Division Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine to lead the clinical, academic, and strategic direction of MFM across BMC Health System sites: Boston Medical Center, BMC Brighton, and BMC South.

The director will guide a multidisciplinary team, establish systemwide clinical standards, and ensure equitable, high-quality maternal-fetal care while advancing the academic mission with BU Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Active clinical practice in MFM.
• Experience leading large multisite programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide systemwide leadership for MFM across three campuses: Main, Brighton, South.
• Develop and implement a unified MFM strategy, standards, and transfer pathways.
• Oversee quality metrics, patient safety, and evidence-based care across sites.
• Align obstetric and perinatal services with academic mission and community needs.
• Foster collaboration among clinical, operational, and educational leaders.
