About The Role

We are seeking a team-oriented, communicative, and skilled Systems Test Engineer to support our high-energy, fast-paced environment. The engineer will be a key member of the U.S. technical team, responsible for verification and validation of complex C-UAS systems and supporting test events. Travel within the U.S. and potentially abroad may be required. The position reports to the Director of Engineering.

Responsibilities
  1. Support test events, including range tests, performance testing, and disruption testing, involving field work and equipment setup.
  2. Identify and report bugs using JIRA; create performance reports and recommend actions.
  3. Create and review test plans, manuals, and training guides; validate updates and bugs.
  4. Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure readiness.
  5. Manage drones, including acquisition, firmware updates, and maintenance.
  6. Fly drones as a Part 107 certified pilot or obtain certification.
  7. Travel up to 25% and lift at least 50 lbs.
Qualifications
  • BSc in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Proficiency in scientific or engineering documentation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of test engineering processes and procedures.
  • Practical experience in safety, equipment maintenance, electrical and structural systems, networking, Linux CLI, and RF concepts.
  • Interest in counter-UAS technologies or unmanned systems.
