Job summary

Itron, Inc. in West Union, SC is hiring a Systems Test Engineer to join the Meter Farm team. You will develop test plans, design tests, and execute large-scale testing across 24,000 endpoints on outdoor sites, reporting results with analysis for the AMI solution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of Systems Test experience; IPv6, networking, SQL/Oracle, C/C#, Linux, and Azure DevOps familiarity are a plus. Hybrid schedule with outdoor aspects in the meter farm environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience as a Systems Test Engineer or related.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of test plans, designs, objectives and cases.
• Identify defects and report AMI solution issues.
• Collaborate with development engineers on design reviews and lifecycle inspections.
• Investigate test environment problems and drive resolutions.
• Execute tests on large-scale networks and report results with analysis.
