We have an exciting opportunity for a System Test Analyst to join the GA-ASI Systems Integration Lab (SIL) team in Poway, CA. Under general supervision with minimal review, this position supports the SIL environments for multiple product lines. This role is both technical and requires hands‑on involvement in troubleshooting and repair, while also ensuring tight coordination with cross‑functional teams, especially with other SIL team members supporting avionics systems, software, payloads, sensors, data links, ground control stations, test equipment, and ground support equipment.

The ideal candidate will champion a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and interdepartmental synchronization to ensure high performance and reliability in a regulated aerospace environment. Collaborates with other engineering members to resolve complex issues and provide feedback for the technical appraisal of the tested systems. Consults on the analysis and development of test standards and procedures. Contributes to the development of systems quality testing, operating methods, and processes. This position involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

• Develops, modifies and executes comprehensive and detailed test plans, procedures and schedules for assigned systems.

• Coordinates and conducts systems inspections, testing, verification, and validation of assigned systems.

• Documents tests and assists in modifying systems.

• Consults on integrated testing activities. Collaborates with engineering to resolve non‑routine issues.

• Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.

• Performs technical analysis of systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.

• Contributes to the development/updating of test standards and procedures.

• Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

• Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

• Other duties as assigned or required.
