Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum AS degree in a technical field, preferably optics/photonics, or equivalent of a HS Diploma/GED with 2+ years in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.
• Very good manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform consistent re‑occurring tasks over time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and meet daily production goals, escalating issues as they arise.
• Support integration and characterization tests associated with lasers, optics, and electronics.
• Train incoming technicians on work processes.
