Job summary

RPI Group, Inc. seeks a Systems Specialist to provide operations and maintenance support at a 24x7x365 site in New Mexico. The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and CI Poly, with rotation across 12-hour shifts in a high-security, mission-critical environment.

You will troubleshoot networks, software, and hardware, perform system operations, and assist with on-site integration and verification, collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a DoD context.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance w/SCI eligibility and a CI Poly.
• Flexibility to provide 12-hour shifts (evening/night; day) on a 5/5/4 rotation.
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve network, software, and/or hardware anomalies on a tactical ground processing system.
• Understand and perform system/mission operations.
• Hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Network knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• File transfer protocols support.
• Support onsite integration and system verification with CM and security controls.
• Work within a multi-contractor O&M environment embedded with the customer.
