What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain data migration and conversion tools, as well as test scripts and deployment timelines
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement data conversion solutions
- Perform system integration of data migration solutions while interacting with customers to meet business objectives
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with minimal supervision, supporting customer integration teams
- Summarize findings and validate data migration solutions based on contract deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in software disciplines such as Systems Integration, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
- OR 5+ years of experience in similar technical or engineering disciplines
- Technical/software development experience with C#, XML, Python, and .NET technologies
- Hands-on experience with SQL database design and strong SQL query design and implementation skills
- Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers

- Experience with Agile software development, project management, and business analysis practices
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical strategies to customers
- Solid understanding of object-oriented coding and design, and participation in code reviews
