What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain data migration and conversion tools, test scripts, and deployment timelines
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement data conversion solutions
- Perform system integration of data migration solutions for customers
- Troubleshoot and debug issues while supporting customer integration teams
- Summarize findings and validate data migration solutions based on contract deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in software disciplines such as Systems Integration or Software Engineering
- OR 5+ years of experience in similar technical or engineering disciplines
- Technical/software development experience, including C#, XML, Python, and .NET technologies
- Hands-on experience with SQL database design, preferably MS SQL
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical strategies to customers

- Experience with Agile software development, project management, and business analysis practices
- Solid networking understanding and ability to create quality strategies for projects
- Experience in evaluating software quality through various testing techniques
