Job summary

Watershed Security is seeking a Systems Security Engineer to support a six‑month task in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on day‑to‑day administration, optimization, and modernization of a mixed Windows/Citrix environment tied to PSS alarm monitoring.

You will lead software updates, integrate DVR/camera hardware, and ensure RMF alignment with DISA STIGs and NIST SP 800-53. Requires DoD Secret clearance and 7+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Windows Systems Administration experience.
• Experience managing Active Directory and GPOs.
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops expertise.
• Hands-on with DVR/IP cameras and security hardware.
• Strong DoD/NIST/STIG security implementation knowledge.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows AD domain controllers, GPOs, and domain health.
• Oversee Citrix servers delivering alarm monitoring and video apps.
• Plan and execute software updates to address EOL components.
• Integrate DVR/camera equipment with the PSS infrastructure.
• Implement DISA STIGs and NIST SP 800-53 controls.
• Maintain configuration management for compute, storage, and network hardware.
