Job summary

Watershed Security, based in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Systems Security Engineer. This position focuses on managing and securing a mission-critical Public Safety Systems (PSS) environment, requiring expertise in Windows systems and Citrix virtualization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration, Active Directory management, and Virtualization/Citrix engineering.
• Proven experience configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting Citrix environments.
• Strong knowledge of implementing DoD/Navy STIGs on Windows Server OS.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows domain controllers
• Oversee operation of Citrix servers delivering alarm monitoring applications
• Lead planning and execution of critical software updates and patches
• Support integration of digital video recording and camera equipment
• Design and implement technical fixes for DISA STIG requirements
• Maintain configuration control over environment hardware
