Location : Remote (West Coast Preferred)

Compensation : Base $170-180K DOE | OTE $300-325K | Equity + Uncapped Commission

We're not looking for a salesperson -we're looking for a strategist .

As a Systems Sales Strategist , you'll play a core role in shaping how fast-growth tech companies solve their biggest infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud architecture challenges. You'll partner directly with our CEO and CMO to refine go-to-market strategy, engage deeply with technical stakeholders, and close transformative service deals that drive real outcomes.

This is your chance to help scale a proven, profitable consulting brand-while owning high-impact relationships and earning like an executive.

What You'll Do

  • Drive consultative, full-cycle sales with engineering, DevOps, and IT leaders
  • Align solutions with client pain points across cloud, infra, and DevOps needs
  • Partner with internal architects and delivery leads to ensure technical fit
  • Actively shape and refine our GTM approach alongside senior leadership
  • Build a book of business and be a face of the firm in key client segments

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in a tech services or consulting sales role with quota ownership
  • Strong experience selling to technical stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, and IT strategy
  • Proven ability to guide complex discovery conversations and close consultatively
  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort operating in high-growth, high-autonomy settings
