Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a System Requirements Analyst to join our team, focusing on eliciting, documenting, analyzing, and testing DoD system functionality and requirements. You will draft analyses, present findings to the team, and identify gaps across existing systems and documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in a team setting, DoD requirements experience, and a Bachelor’s degree, with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a team environment.
• 1+ years of experience with DoD requirements elicitation/analysis.
• 1+ years of experience with supporting eliciting, analyzing, or tracking functional requirements.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with existing requirements team resources to manage end-to-end configuration.
• Elicit, document, analyze, manage, and test existing and new DoD system functionality and requirements.
• Draft and present requirements analysis to team members.
• Analyze existing systems and system documentation, determine gaps and issues, document as necessary.
• Develop use cases and other required supplemental documentation supporting system capabilities and requirements.
