Job summary

A leading provider of refrigeration systems is seeking a System Reliability Engineer to improve product reliability through testing and collaboration. You will analyze failure data, recommend design modifications, and perform various reliability tests. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design/development, ideally in mass-produced products.
• Experience in launching new products within a structured development process.
• Familiarity with industry test standards (ASHRAE, UL, ASTM, ISO, IEEE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in engineering design reviews to avoid/mitigate risks.
• Collaborate on reliability methods and procedures for product launches.
• Monitor failure data and conduct root cause analysis.
