Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience performing reliability testing including Mechanical Stress Tests.

• Knowledge of JEDEC/IPC standards for semiconductor package qualifications.

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and compile test & failure data.
• Conduct statistical data analysis to provide risk assessments for product design.
