Qualifications
2-6 years of experience performing reliability testing including Mechanical Stress Tests.
In-depth understanding of failure analysis techniques like Optical Microscopy, X-Ray.
Knowledge of JEDEC/IPC standards for semiconductor package qualifications.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed test plans and compile test & failure data.
Conduct statistical data analysis to provide risk assessments for product design.
Research failure modes for new technologies and perform FMEA.
