Job summary

Transportation Management Group (TMG) is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator for Systems in Las Vegas. You will test TEVVO development, coordinate defect reporting, and validate updates across drivers, dispatchers, customers, and admins to ensure reliable operational software.

The role requires detail orientation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate issues clearly across time zones. On-site based with some schedule flexibility and collaboration with overseas teams.

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document technical issues clearly with reproduction steps, outcomes and impact.
• Experience working with drivers, dispatchers, customers, or operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and validation procedures for new features and updates.
• Test transportation and dispatch workflows from trip creation to completion, including billing data and reports.
• Coordinate structured user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams and overseas development.
