Job Overview
We seek a motivated, organized Systems Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team in analyzing business needs, designing, and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions. Reporting to the Director of Compliance and Operational Effectiveness, the ideal candidate will communicate effectively, manage change, and foster a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities
Business Analysis
Manage stakeholder collaboration to gather and document requirements, workflows, and objectives for new tech solutions. Lead analysis and implementation projects, develop business requirements, and conduct gap analysis to optimize processes.
Project Management
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop project plans, identify risks, serve as liaison between operations and technical teams, and monitor progress.
Technical Collaboration and Vendor Management
Manage vendor selection, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, ensure compliance with security standards, and facilitate user testing.
Operations and Change Management
Develop documentation, oversee rollout and training of new technology, and partner with leadership for ongoing support.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of relevant experience, exposure to large-scale digital transformation projects, proven project management skills, experience managing vendors, strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with AI coding and modeling is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, certifications like ERP System Administrator and PMP are highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits
