Job summary

Bennett Aerospace, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Systems Program Analyst to support alignment, development, and transition of technologies for future Army capabilities. The position can be located in the Aberdeen, MD area or the Ft. Belvoir, VA area.

You will analyze technologies, map them to portfolio requirements, gather programmatic information, and assist with road-mapping and knowledge-product development. Strong communication with government leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant systems/program analysis experience.
• Ability to understand and analyze technical programs, requirements, and capability gaps.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, briefing, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to interface effectively with technical personnel and organizational leadership.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate across multiple divisions.

• Prepare technical summaries, decision papers, briefings, presentations, and recommendations.
• Track portfolio actions, milestones, dependencies, and transition activities.
• Communicate technical information effectively to Government leaders and program stakeholders.

The Systems Program Analyst will support the alignment, development, and transition of technologies in support of future Army capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of directly relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Army modernization, capability development, science and technology, acquisition, or technology-transition processes.
