Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Systems Operations Analyst I in Mt. Juliet, TN to support project planning, software testing, and end-user training for business applications. You will document requirements, analyze processes, and assist in optimizing IT systems to meet business needs.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and the ability to work with diverse teams. You will contribute to improving efficiency and reducing costs while ensuring data quality and system availability.

Qualifications

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials; write reports and procedures.
Proficient communication with diverse stakeholders.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
Ability to learn and understand computer hardware and software technology.
Ability to work in a team and also independently.
Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

Perform routine analysis, process design or system configuration to support IT project goals.
Document business requirements and write specifications for applications customizations.
Research and make recommendations on task execution methods during projects.
Evaluate and modify IT systems to reduce operating costs and improve processes.
Develop data flow and charts to illustrate procedures.
Communicate basic resolution information to customers via phone or email.
Ensure information availability, quality and integrity.
Monitor and document service levels as needed.
Follow policies and propose improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
