Job summary

Tax Relief Helpers is hiring a Network & Systems Administrator to maintain our internal IT infrastructure, network environment, and cloud platforms. You will support Ubiquiti UniFi environments, RingCentral administration, and Google Workspace, enabling secure, efficient operations for a growing team.

The role requires hands-on IT experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels. On-site Encino location; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on professional experience in Network Administration, Systems Administration, IT support, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ubiquiti UniFi network environment, including routing, switching, wireless networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot employee workstations, laptops, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including provisioning and deprovisioning user access across company systems and platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, networking, telecommunications, and account access issues.
