Capstone Technology Partners is seeking a Systems Integrator Systems Engineer to support federal defense clients. The role focuses on integrating Single Sign-On capabilities, diagnosing customer integration issues, and working with PKI/TLS and SAML/OAuth/OIDC concepts.

The candidate will collaborate with development teams, system administrators, and stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable authentication solutions across Linux and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• PKI/TLS and SAML/OAuth/OIDC concepts familiarity.
• 15+ years of System Engineering experience in similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, CS, IS or related field; 5 extra SE years may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Install and customize COTS products in enterprise environments on Linux and Windows.
• Work with Secure Token Service and Single Sign-On capabilities.
• Assist and troubleshoot customer integration issues with development teams.
• Analyze, diagnose and preliminarily evaluate new COTS products and tools.
• Understand PKI/TLS, SAML/OAuth/OIDC concepts; some development experience helps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering and design.

The candidate is expected to have direct experience with and understanding of PKI/TLS, SAML/OAuth/OIDC concepts. While not required, some development experience may be useful.

• Ability to work with the installation and customization of COTS products in an enterprise environment on Linux and Windows platforms.

• Familiar with Secure Token Service and Single Sign-On

• Experience with Ping, Okta, Login.gov, or Keycloak integration

• AWS and/or Azure cloud certification and experience

• Familiarity with orchestration and automation toolsets including Cloud native architectures.

• Experience as an integrator in a team working directly with functional counterparts on requirements gathering and program specification and design and information systems.

• Ability to develop, diagnose and debug automation and integrate modern and legacy tools to optimize business processes.

• Understanding of networking and troubleshooting

• Must have an understanding of the software development life-cycle, including change management, functional and technical specification development.

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

• 15+ years of System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 20 years.
