Job summary

IntelliGenesis LLC® is looking for a candidate who is a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph for a position pending contract award in McLean, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of project plans and supporting technical meetings.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating requirements and communicating potential issues related to technical or developmental projects and programs
• Demonstrated experience in applying critical thinking on technical capabilities to ensure mission integrity, performance and reliability
• Demonstrated experience in supporting technical meetings by gathering vendor technical documentation, taking meeting minutes and applying critical thinking to support problem solving on programmatic issues
• Assist with the preparation of project plans
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Desired Skills

• Demonstrated successful experience with the development of project plans
