Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience performing system integration on large-scale projects or programs.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Support transition to a multi-cloud architecture, including data migration and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Develop system integration strategies addressing evolving customer requirements.
  • Design and implement integration strategies for mission partner data sources ensuring interoperability and security.
  • Create and maintain system architecture diagrams documenting relationships, dependencies, and data flows.
  • Conduct system analyses to identify optimization opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure robust data workflows.
  • Ensure all systems comply with security requirements and support security accreditation documentation.

Systems Integrator - TS/SCI with Polygraph required

Why This is an Exciting Role:

BI&A is seeking highly motivated and skilled Systems Integrators that facilitates the advancement and enhancement of the Sponsor's AI and data initiatives, applications, and analytical programs, including the potential migration to a multi-cloud architecture, adaptation to expanding customer demands, and seamless integration with mission partner data sources, applications, and technologies.

Position Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement solutions aligned with the Sponsor’s AI/data initiatives and strategic goals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Support the transition to a multi-cloud architecture, including data migration, synchronization, and infrastructure development for hybrid environments.
  • Develop system integration strategies to address evolving customer requirements, providing technical recommendations to optimize system functionality.
  • Design and implement integration strategies for mission partner data sources, ensuring seamless interoperability, data sharing compliance, and security.
  • Create and maintain system architecture diagrams to document relationships, dependencies, and data flows, optimizing system flexibility and performance.
  • Conduct system analyses to identify optimization opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure robust data workflows across integrated environments.
  • Ensure all systems comply with security requirements, directives, and policies, and support the creation of security accreditation documentation.
Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, International Trade, or similar)
  • 5 years of technical experience in Systems Integration or in a highly similar field.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience performing system integration on large-scale technical projects or programs
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and maintaining systems and architectural documentation
Desired Qualifications:
  • Identifying integration points between internal and external systems
  • Advising a team of senior customers
  • Conceiving and executing tailored communication to all levels of customer
  • Developing and reviewing deliverables such as presentations, strategies, studies, requirements, status reports, plans, and ad-hoc documentation

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$110,000 – $160,000
