Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a Software Support Activity (SSA) Tester/Integrator to perform software integration, system testing, troubleshooting, and technical support across government and contractor facilities. You will collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, cybersecurity personnel, test teams, and SMEs in Windows/Linux environments.

The role emphasizes hands‑on test execution, documentation, root cause analysis, and validation of functional and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

Experience performing software, system, or integration testing in a complex technical environment.
Experience developing, executing, and documenting test cases and test procedures.
Ability to analyze system logs, error messages, and technical documents to identify problems.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, execute, and document test activities throughout the lifecycle.
Develop, review, and maintain test cases, procedures, and scenarios.
Analyze results, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Support cybersecurity testing and system integration activities.
Document problems, troubleshooting actions, and lessons learned.
