Job summary

TRISTAR in Bloomington, Indiana, seeks a Software Support Activity Tester/Integrator to perform software integration, system testing, troubleshooting, and technical support across government and contractor facilities. The role collaborates with developers, systems engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and test teams to ensure system readiness.

Qualifications

Experience performing software, system, or integration testing in a complex technical environment.
Ability to analyze system logs, error messages, and test results.
Experience working in Windows and/or Linux server environments.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, execute, and document test activities across the system and software build lifecycle.
Develop, review, and maintain test cases, test procedures, test scenarios, and associated test documentation.
Analyze test results and assist in determining whether systems meet established functional, technical, and cybersecurity requirements.
Support test event preparation, execution, troubleshooting, and closeout.
Document problems, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and lessons learned.
