Job summary
TRISTAR INC. is seeking a Software Support Activity Tester/Integrator to provide software integration, system testing, troubleshooting, and technical support across government and contractor facilities.

Qualifications
- Experience in software, system, or integration testing in a complex technical environment.
- Ability to develop, execute, and document test cases and procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting across software, hardware, OS, and networks.
- Ability to analyze logs and docs to identify problems and corrective actions.
- Effective communication with engineers and technical staff.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and document test activities across build lifecycles.
- Develop and maintain test cases, procedures, and scenarios.
- Execute tests and record results, defects, and corrective actions.
- Provide technical input to test reports and program documentation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across hardware, software, and networks.
- Support cybersecurity compliance testing.
- Review technical data to identify integration issues.
- Travel to government/ contractor facilities as needed.
- Maintain system configuration and baseline documentation.
- Support software integration throughout builds and releases.
