Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior Systems Integration/Test Engineer within the Remote Sensing (RS) organization of NSS. You will develop assembly, integration and test flows, craft detailed schedules, and manage hardware integration/testing while performing CAM duties for assigned programs.

You will represent ATLO in proposals, coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop AI&T plans, and deliver ATLO commitments across future programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with an Operations or Test Engineering Team responsible for the AI&T of complex high value products.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
• Demonstrated communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to prepare and present program status to management and customers.
• Ability to work in an environment with evolving requirements and dynamic schedules.
• Active TS or equivalent, ability to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly.

Lockheed Martin Space in Sunnyvale, CA has a Systems Integration/Test Engineer Senior opportunity in the Remote Sensing (RS) organization of National Security Space (NSS). This position is a member of the RS team reporting to the Assembly, Test and Operations (ATLO) Senior Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing Assembly, Integration and Test Flows, creating detailed schedules, managing the integration and test of hardware and performing CAM duties for their assigned programs. The selected candidate will represent ATLO in proposals and coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop AI&T plans and other ATLO deliverables for future programs.

Summary Of Key Duties For This Position

• Present at Program Management Reviews (PMR), Design Reviews (PDR/CDR), Critical Integration Reviews (CIR), and Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) as required
• Lead special project engineering activities and studies as required
• Oversee Program Cost Account Management (CAM) accounts and support proposal efforts which include the generation of Basis of Estimates (BOE)

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working with an Operations or Test Engineering Team responsible for the AI&T of complex high value products

Desired Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Working knowledge of integration flows and test phase requirements
• Demonstrated team leadership and project planning skills
• Experience leading a cross-functional team in the planning and execution of a project goal
• Cost Account Management (CAM) certification and experience including rolling wave planning and, development of CROMs and , ECPs, BOE certification, experience with IMS development and QBD criteria generation
• Familiarity with heritage, current and future Remote Sensing programs and Customer mission priorities
• Experience interfacing with customers
• Ability to think creatively and willingness to champion new processes
• Willingness to work extra hours as needed in a 24/7 operations environment as well as possible travel
• Active TS/SCI clearance or higher

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $106600.00 - $198000.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
