Job summary

You will translate customer needs into system test solutions, establish specs, and drive validation across hardware and software interfaces. Active security clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development experience (C, C++, LabVIEW preferred).
• 3-5 years with production experience.
• 5+ years of test equipment design experience.
• 5+ years of electronic testing experience.
• 5+ years of mechanical testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration tests for in-house and COTS/GOTS components and systems.
• Synthesize customer needs into system test solutions considering technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Establish functional and technical specifications and standards; solve hardware/software interface problems and ensure system integration.
• Review and derive testability requirements; develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems.
• Coordinate subsystem and system testing with programs and other organizations.
• Analyze test results and prepare evaluation reports verifying and validating system performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to verify/validate fixes.
