Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration/testing of in-house and COTS/GOTS components and systems.
• Synthesize customer needs into system test solutions considering constraints of time, cost, and schedule.
• Establish specifications and standards; resolve hardware/software interface problems; define input/output parameters.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules; coordinate testing with programs and other organizations.
• Analyze test results and draft evaluation reports verifying system performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and execute integration regression testing to validate fixes.

Systems Integration & Test Engineer (Level 2) Type: Contingent Non-Employee / Contract Estimated Start Date: November 16, 2026 Estimated End Date: December 11, 2027 Pay Rate: $58.80 / Hour (Non-Exempt, OT40) Work Schedule: 4/10 - 1st Shift (Onsite Full Time) Security Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance (Mandatory to start) External Job Description / Posting Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer (Level 2) for a long-term contract opportunity located in Orlando, FL. This role supports an electro-optic sensor solution for military platforms on the 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems. Synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions acknowledging technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Establish functional/technical specifications and standards, resolve hardware/software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure end-to-end system integration. Review, evaluate, and derive requirements for testability; develop and direct the preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules. Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Perform analysis of test results and draft comprehensive evaluation reports verifying and validating system performance. Write discrepancy reports and execute integration regression testing to validate fixes to software, components, and subsystems.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Active Secret Clearance (Must currently hold an active clearance to start).
• 3 - 5 Years of experience with Software Development (C, C++, LabView preferred).
• 3 - 5 Years of experience within a Production environment.
• 5+ Years of experience in Test Equipment Design.
• 5+ Years of experience in Electronic Testing.
• 5+ Years of experience in Mechanical Testing.
• Safety shoes required for onsite work.

Desired Skills:

• LabView / LabWindows CVI, National Instruments (NI) experience in development and maintenance capacities on complex systems.
• Strong software skills in C and C++, coupled with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware integration expertise (switches, VXI/PXI chassis, EO testing, automation).
• Automated test equipment background in high-volume production environments.
