Job summary

PSCI in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Systems Integration/Test Engineer L3 for a contract role. The position requires active Secret Clearance and is onsite with a 4/10 work week on first shift.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining system integration efforts across in-house and COTS/GOTS components. Must develop test plans, run schedules, and evaluate results for customer reviews.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least 6 years of experience with design, integration, test, and verify/validate requirements of electrical designs (DVT Testing).
• Must develop advanced test plans, procedures, schedules, and test reports to support customer and key stakeholder reviews.
• Must have at least 6 years of experience with Physics, develop/execute test plans & electronic testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain system integration and test activities.
• Translate customer needs into test solutions considering constraints.
• Establish specs and standards; resolve interface problems; ensure full system integration.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and schedules.
• Coordinate testing with programs and other organizations.
• Analyze test results; prepare evaluation reports validating performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing after fixes.

DESCRIPTION:

• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.
• Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
• Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
• Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
• Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
