Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to support HW in labs and field tests. You will provide hands-on hardware-in-the-lab support and coordinate testing with programs and other teams.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, solving interface problems, and verifying system performance through comprehensive test activities, including regression testing and discrepancy reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a STEM field with 5 years of experience or a related Master's with 3 years.
• 2-4 years of electrical troubleshooting experience.
• 2-4 years of Testing Lab experience.
• 2-4 years of electrical testing experience.
• 1-2 years knowledge of CAD/CAE tools.
• 2-4 years writing reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plans, tests, documents, and maintains integration and testing of in-house and COTS/GOTS components.
• Develops and executes comprehensive test plans and schedules for systems and subsystems.
• Coordinates testing activities across programs and organizations and analyzes results.
• Writes discrepancy reports and performs regression testing to verify fixes.
