Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer – Technical Publications to support the digital publications ecosystem for commercial engine programs. You will bridge software engineering, technical publications, business analysis, and project leadership to modernize, automate, and support systems that manage and distribute aircraft maintenance data.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, software engineers, IT teams, and third‑party providers to expand publishing automation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Technical Communications or related field with 5+ years of experience.
  • Advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience acceptable.
  • Experience in systems engineering, information technology, software development, or technical publications.

Responsibilities

  • Support XML/SGML data delivery to airframers, airlines, and MROs.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, IT teams, and third-party providers for change management and publishing.
  • Design, develop, integrate, and implement new MDSE systems and enhancements.
  • Define requirements, manage risks, and drive project execution for MDSE data thread.
  • Participate in SDLC phases from scoping to post-production support.
  • Troubleshoot MDSE applications and contribute to MDSE strategic planning.
