Qualifications

• BS CS or related degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum four years in technical roles interacting with customers.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/Server 2016+ and Office products.
• Experience with monitoring or data center software and protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP).
• Ability to work with hardware/software in high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Vertiv SiteScan, WebControl, and Ignition software.
• Assist with equipment lists and project scoping with sales.
• Develop and maintain implementation templates and test software releases.
• Provide technical documentation and escalation support.
• Participate in continuous improvement and new product training.
