Job summary

Vertiv in the United States is seeking a System Integration Engineer to support SiteScan, WebControl, and Ignition monitoring solutions. This role deploys software, coordinates with customers and internal teams, and provides technical support across projects.

You will contribute to software implementation, development, and support, maintain templates and documentation, and help improve processes. Travel may be required for emergencies.

Qualifications

• BS CS or related degree preferred.
• 4+ years in system integration or monitoring environments.
• Experience with SiteScan, WebControl, Ignition or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer interaction skills required.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and network basics.

Responsibilities

• Install software at customer sites and manage deployments.
• Gather equipment information and assist with project scoping.
• Collaborate with sales to quote projects and coordinate licensing.
• Assist with licensing, upgrades, and technical documentation.
