Job summary

Que Technology Group, Inc. seeks a Systems Integration Engineer to support daily operations and customer requirements.

The role focuses on managing enterprise systems and networks, translating user needs into technical solutions, and implementing corrective actions. The candidate will contribute to migrating customers to newer architectures, evaluate technologies, and support security best practices including PKI and scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, IT or related field.
• IAT-I certification (e.g., Security+ CE) is required.
• Experience in computer/information systems design, cybersecurity, vulnerability analysis, and systems engineering.
• Experience in network or system administration.
• Strong Linux experience.
• Experience in IT support/management or administration.
• Experience installing servers and network infrastructure.
• Experience setting up NAS storage.
• Knowledge of PKI, certificate deployment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages like Bash, Bourne, or C.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage enterprise computer systems and networks; analyze issues and implement corrective actions.
• Interpret visual outputs to assess operating status of network components.
• Translate requests into diagnoses and develop solutions.
• Develop migration strategies to new architecture with minimal impact.
• Evaluate new technologies to add to Agency standard solutions.
