Job summary

Que Technology Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Network System Administrator to join a small team supporting a mission-critical enclave network with both physical and virtual devices.

You will maintain secure, reliable IT operations across the enterprise environment. Responsibilities include configuring users, troubleshooting network issues, managing firewalls, performing maintenance, and ensuring data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Red Hat environments
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure
• Knowledge of data management and data transfer processes
• Experience conducting vulnerability scans and implementing security best practices
• Understanding of STE/STN requirements

Responsibilities

• Create and modify user accounts and access controls
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure and client-server environments
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and devices
• Configure and manage firewalls and security controls
• Perform system maintenance, updates, patching, backups, and data protection activities
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and support compliance requirements
• Support data management and data transfer operations
• Diagnose and resolve network outages and connectivity issues
• Ensure the security and operational integrity of mission-critical systems
