The Integration Support Engineer plays a critical role in supporting office moves, consolidations, closures, equipment refreshes, and technology cutovers across company locations. This position also assists with office integration projects, performs on-site technical support, and ensures smooth deployment of network and end-user technologies. The role requires strong Tier 2 technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and extensive domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute office moves, consolidations, closures, and equipment refresh projects.
- Perform internet circuit testing, turn-ups, and validation.
- Support office integration activities, including hardware deployment and end-user setup.
- Decommission servers, shut down equipment, and manage physical hardware movement.
- Provide Tier 2 end-user support, including Windows troubleshooting, Wi-Fi connectivity, and device setup.
- Assist with equipment tracking, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on application testing and cutover planning.
- Deliver on-site support during go-lives, including network connectivity and workstation setup.
- Travel extensively to company offices based on integration schedules.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication with users and internal teams.
Technical Requirements
- 5+ years of Tier 2 Network/Computer Engineering, Support, or related technical experience.
- Windows Server Administration:
- Active Directory (user provisioning, password resets, disabling accounts, security groups)
- GPO creation and troubleshooting
- Windows 10+ troubleshooting and end-user support.
- Experience with physical hardware movement, server decommissioning, and office shutdowns.
- Strong customer-facing support skills; comfortable interacting with users at all levels.

- 55-65% travel over the first year
Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
- Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft environments: O365, Windows 10, Windows Server, AD/Azure AD, Intune
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs
- Ability to work with internal teams, end users, management, and vendors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Application administration and performance tuning
- Understanding of monitoring systems (PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, SD-WAN, VLANs, web filtering, voice networks
- O365 migration knowledge (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Cloud computing familiarity (Azure, AWS)
- Ability to set up racks, monitor arms, switches, firewalls, UPS, WAPs
- Ability to lift and install equipment up to 50 lbs
Education & Experience
- Degree not required; equivalent experience accepted
- 6+ years in systems administration, technical support, training, or consulting in Microsoft/Cisco/Azure/Fortinet environments
