Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc. in Nashua, NH is seeking an Assembly Operator to prepare products for systems-level assembly, perform set-up, unpacking, final packaging, and related repair tasks as required.

You will verify paperwork, input batch data, package items, and use required tooling while adhering to documented instructions and quality standards. The role requires basic SI assembly experience and a readiness to work a daytime shift in a 24/7 global environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; 1+ years in basic SI assembly or similar work.
• Good component recognition skills are expected.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shop floor systems.
• Strong attention to detail and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Access paperwork and drawings for each job assignment.
• Verify kits, enter batch info, package and label items as instructed.
• Use mats, tooling, and follow routing and process instructions.
• Assemble system integration subassemblies and perform hand soldering as needed.
• Enter data into Process Feedback System and link subassemblies to final unit.
• Conduct final inspection and wipe down units as required.
• Mentor co-workers and assist in prototype/pre-production builds.
