Job summary

Benchmark is hiring for a full-time an assembly operator at our Nashua, NH location. You will prepare products for systems level assembly, unpack, set up, assemble, label, and perform final inspections under supervision.

Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are required to maintain quality and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to work a 6:00am-4:30pm shift, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies and final units following documented instructions.
• Access paperwork and drawings for each job assignment.
• Verify kits, batch information, and label items per instructions.
• Use appropriate tools and verify equipment for proper performance.
• Enter data into process systems and link subassemblies to final unit.
• Maintain quality and assist other operators as needed.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
