Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional experience; or 1-3 years with related Masters.
• At least 2 years of experience with C++.
• At least 2 years of experience with Integration.
• Experience in a System/Software Integration Lab (SIL) performing test planning, procedure development, and execution of manual and automated tests.
• Experience in an agile team environment with daily scrums, sprint cadences, program increments, and epic based release schedules.
• Scripting automated tests and data analysis (Python, MATLAB, etc.).
• Hardware and software integration with the use of COTS/bespoke tools to meet requirements and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains integration and testing of components and systems.
• Translates contractual needs into test solutions considering constraints.
• Defines input/output parameters and ensures system integration.
• Develops comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems/subsystems.
• Coordinates testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Analyzes test results and prepares evaluation reports verifying performance.
• Writes discrepancy reports and conducts regression testing for fixes.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college with 3-5 years of professional experience; or 1-3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• At least 2 years of experience with C++
• At least 2 years of experience with Integration
• Working in a System/Software Integration Lab (SIL) performing test planning, procedure development, and execution of manual and automated tests.
• Working in an agile team environment using daily scrums, sprint cadence, program increments, and epic based released schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.
• Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
• Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
• Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
• Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
