Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a field related to engineering or systems
• 7+ years of relevant experience in systems integration or defense/aerospace environments
• U.S. Citizenship is required for access to sensitive information
• Active Secret Clearance (or DoD equivalent) is required
• Experience with IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) is preferred
• Experience with MBSE tools and integration of multiple systems

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating integration between internal and external systems
• Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
• Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication
• Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
• Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
• Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing
