Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise systems and infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Strong virtualization experience with VMware vSphere and vCenter.
• Experience administering SAN and NAS storage.
• Familiarity with DoD security controls, STIGs, and vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical teams.
• U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily enterprise systems and infrastructure operations.
• Managing physical and virtual servers, operating systems, storage, and related infrastructure.
• Installing, configuring, patching, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems.
• Managing VMware vSphere, vCenter, and other virtualization technologies.
• Administering storage area networks and network-attached storage systems.
• Overseeing data backup, restoration, disaster recovery, and continuity‑of‑operations capabilities.
• Maintaining system availability, performance, capacity, and security.
• Managing user accounts, permissions, privileged access, and system configurations.
• Implementing DoD security controls, STIGs, patches, and vulnerability remediation.
• Coordinating infrastructure incidents, outages, maintenance, upgrades, and technology refreshes.
• Maintaining system documentation, inventories, configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Reporting infrastructure status, risks, outages, performance trends, and corrective actions to Government stakeholders.
