Responsibilities

Maintains, supports and documents server, storage and related configurations.
Troubleshoots server-based, non-application software problems and coordinates with vendors.
Maintains directory services and email directories; supports Microsoft 365 Online applications.
Keeps accurate records and diagrams of the server/storage environment; recommends cost-saving improvements.
Performs duties to ensure reliable, secure computing infrastructure and tracks project status.
