Job summary

Constellation Technologies seeks engineers with active TS/SCI clearance to perform systems engineering across the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Candidates must possess an ABET-accredited engineering degree and experience documenting operations concepts, requirements, and use cases.

Responsibilities include defining performance requirements, developing test plans, coordinating with customers and teams, and shaping a shared technical vision for solutions across project groups.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree or relevant technical field (e.g., CS, math, physics).
• Experience across engineering system lifecycles (concept to decommission).
• Experience in systems engineering functions and high-level system design.

Responsibilities

• Define and document concepts of operations and system requirements.
• Specify performance and interface requirements for systems/components.
• Develop installation, integration, and acceptance test plans.
• Continuously assess processes to support strategic/tactical efforts.
• Coordinate with customers and project teams to ensure requirements are met.

Job description

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
• Degree, ABET accredited must be in Engineering or a relevant technical field (for example, computer science, mathematics, or physics).
• Relevant experience must be in engineering systems over their lifecycle (for example, conception, design & development, testing, production, distribution/deployment, operation, maintenance & support, decommissioning).
• Level 03 - ten (10) years of relevant experience
• Level 02 - seven (07) years of relevant experience
• Level 01 - three (03) years of relevant experience
• Perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concepts of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development, performing high-level system design
• Specify system/component performance and interface requirements
• Developing installation, integration, and acceptance test plans
• Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to ensure they best facilitate strategic and tactical efforts.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy the requirements.
• Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for the solutions developed by the product teams.
