Job summary

24-hour HR Process Outsourcing Incorporated in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Systems Engineering and Verification Engineer for a 12-month contract. The role oversees development, systems engineering and verification to ensure compliance with business, customer and regulatory requirements, working with engineering teams to enable robust, verified solutions.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5–6 years of project engineering experience; energy domain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 5–6 years of experience performing project engineering tasks.
• Experience with requirements management and Systems Engineering.
• Project Engineer experience is strongly preferred; focus on project engineering.

Responsibilities

• Interface between external and internal customers to elicit and validate stakeholder requirements.
• Create an Enterprise Architecture solution that serves both business and technical needs.
• Set the Systems Engineering and Verification approach for the programme via management plan.
• Establish and manage R-E-D-V structure across Customer, Business, System, Sub-System and Component.
• Ensure rigorous requirements validation and verification to remove technical risk.
• Deliver robust verification strategy, verification plan and Product Development Plan.
• Define and deliver certification and qualification strategies for design authorities.
• Manage substantiation evidence and clearance/acceptance documentation.
