Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc. (IS4S) seeks a Senior Systems Engineer with strong background in system verification, requirements derivation and MBSE concepts.

You will participate in full lifecycle development, ensuring traceability and compliance across complex architectures. Candidates should have 7+ years in systems engineering and experience with DOORS or similar tools, plus excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements derivation, development, and management.
• Proven expertise in system verification and validation.
• Experience with systems engineering tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar).
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, decompose, and derive system and subsystem requirements
• Lead system verification planning, test case development, and verification execution
• Ensure requirements traceability using systems engineering tools such as DOORS or equivalent
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and integration engineers
• Support design reviews, technical analyses, and risk assessments
• Contribute to architecture development and system modeling, as needed
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting during development and integration phases
• Support PNT-related system design, algorithm understanding, or integration tasks (desired)
